You can choose express delivery or store pickup. Generally, after ordering, you will receive your S.T. DUPONT products within 2 to 4 working days.

When the customer confirms the delivery method, the delivery fee of HK$50 will be automatically displayed on the web page. Delivery charges will again be stated in the customer's order confirmation email. Currently we only deliver to Hong Kong SAR.

FREE RETURNS
Free returns Return shipping costs will be charged directly to S.T. DUPONT by our designated courier company. Please return all packaging of the product when returning the product. If the above requirements are not met, your product will be returned and no refund will be arranged. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products must be returned in complete and intact condition. Please attach all packaging of the product. Products that do not meet the above requirements will be returned and no refunds can be arranged. According to the general terms and conditions of sale, personalized products are not subject to return requests. When your products arrive at our warehouse, we will conduct product quality management. If the product is complete (including packaging), we will arrange a refund within 30 days. Instead, we will return your product and will not be able to arrange a refund. Please return all packaging of the product when returning it. If the above requirements are not met, your product will be returned and no refund will be arranged.
