What payment options do you propose?
S.T. Dupont accepts the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
A payment authorization request is sent to your bank when you place the order. For all items, excluding Made to Order and personalized items, you will be charged when your order is shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been processed.
What are the delivery times and options?
We only deliver to Hong Kong SAR. Your S.T. Dupont order will be delivered by courier or you may select in-store pick up. Deliveries will typically be within 1 to 3 working days. Please allow another 1 week under normal circumstances for the delivery of personalised products.
What are the delivery costs?
HK$50 delivery costs for your order will be automatically displayed on the website when confirming the shipping method chosen by the customer. Delivery is free of charge for purchases over HK$500. The cost will be stated once again in the Customer's order confirmation email.
Can I return my order?
If you are unhappy with your product(s), you may return your order to us within 7 days of delivery. The items must be returned in their original condition with all of their packaging. Any products not meeting these criteria will be returned and cannot be refunded. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, personalised products may not be returned.
How to return my order?
The following procedure must be followed:
- Fill in the returns form
- Enclose this form with a copy of sales invoice and your items in your parcel to enable us to process your return request.
- Contact SF Express at +852 2730 0273 or www.sf-express.com to arrange the complimentary collection service.
- Choose the “Paid by Receiver” option on the waybill and return the parcel to the address below:

Retain proof of courier service rendered until we have confirmed your return has been completed.
The product must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, in its entirety (including boxes, accessories, protective material, labels, instructions manuals etc.) and its original packaging, along with a copy of the receipt. Upon receipt of your product and after verification by our Quality Department, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund.
Are return fees refunded?
The delivery cost for returns are charged directly to S.T. Dupont by our designated courier. Please follow the instructions for product returns.
